The Peripheral Vascular Associate is assigned by region to an existing territory with opportunity to convert and grow the business./ppPeripheral Vascular Associates are accountable for delivering exceptional service through team-driven execution, revenue impact, clinical education support and identification of new business opportunities aligned with company strategy and priorities. This role works collaboratively with the Regional Sales Manager and territory Sales Consultant to support accounts and drive sales revenue. Each Peripheral Vascular Associate reports directly to a Regional Sales Manager./ppAdditionally, Peripheral Vascular Associates may be required to support business needs outside of their primary territory assignments as business conditions require./ppAt Boston Scientific, our products and technologies diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions within the venous system, including deep vein thrombosis, post-thrombotic syndrome, pulmonary embolism and compressive diseases. We continue to innovate in key areas and expand into new geographies and high-growth adjacency markets. Our solutions include AngioJet, Zelante DVT, thrombectomy catheters, EKOS, peripheral guidewires, drug-eluting stents and balloons, atherectomy and IVUS. We maintain a robust product pipeline and continue investing in interventional treatments that positively impact patient lives./ppThis role follows a remote work model, allowing employees to work from a home-based location within the assigned region. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time./ppYour responsibilities will include:/pulliBuild strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, procedural observation and issue resolution/liliDevelop relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management, nuclear medicine, hospital administration and infection control stakeholders/liliProvide procedural support in competitive clinical environments/liliPartner seamlessly with the Sales Consultant to increase selling time and drive account growth/liliSupport revenue-generating projects and territory goals to strengthen account ownership/liliCollaborate with Sales Consultants and Regional Sales Managers to evaluate business conditions and sales trends/liliAssist in developing quarterly and annual business plans to achieve revenue targets/liliProvide timely updates to the Regional Sales Manager regarding business activities, competitive conditions and industry trends/liliManage expense and promotional budgets within established guidelines/liliMaintain Sales Representative Assigned Inventory (SRAI)/liliComplete all required training within designated timelines/liliExecute quarterly and off-cycle inventory counts/liliMaintain accurate sales records and secure purchase orders/liliSubmit administrative documentation in a timely manner/liliConduct all sales activities in accordance with Travel and Entertainment guidelines, Advanced Policies and Integrity Policies/liliParticipate in occasional weekend coverage, trade shows, internal meetings and other business-related travel, with travel expectations of 30% to 40%/li/ulpRequired qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in business, life sciences or related field, or equivalent experience in healthcare or a related industry/liliMinimum of 2 years experience in sales, clinical support, healthcare or other relevant business environment/liliDocumented record of achieving or exceeding performance goals/liliDemonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, clinicians and hospital stakeholders/liliProven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-based selling environment/liliStrong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales trends and contribute to territory planning/liliDemonstrated leadership potential with a proactive, solution-oriented approach/liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, competitive environment/liliWillingness to travel 30% to 40% as required by business needs/li/ulpThe anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $60,000 plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs./p/div
