As a Direct Support Professional II, you will serve adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in a residential setting.**And here is the best part...A $2,500 hiring bonus is being offered for this position.Specific Duties:Implement Person-Centered Individual Support Plans (ISP) for up to twelve (12) assigned participants.Assist with meal preparation, hygiene care, and activities of daily living.Complete all required documentation and billing processes accurately and ethically.Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all participants based on their ISPs.Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medical appointments.Support participants in community integration opportunities and transport them as needed.Attend and participate in all mandatory meetings, supervisions, and trainings.Uphold participant rights, confidentiality, and follow all incident reporting processesCollaborate productively with all internal and external stakeholders.Available shifts:Shift 1 - Sunday: 7am to 3pm; Monday – Thursday: 7am to 9am/3pm to 9pmShift 2 – Saturday: 7am to 3pm; Tuesday – Friday: 7am to 9am/3pm to 9pmShift 3 – Sunday-Thursday 12pm-8pm or 3pm-11pmShift 4 – Tuesday – Saturday 12pm-8pm or 3pm-11pmIf you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and possess the required skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.The City offers a generous benefits package, which includes health, dental and life insurance, retirement and savings plans, maternity/paternity and parental leave, holidays and Paid Leave. Must have a current and valid driver’s license. Special Requirements: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required to meet operational needs.
