Senior Accountant
Salary: $90,000-$120,000 (DOE)
• Work on marquee NYC construction projects that directly impact skyline development

• Gain hands-on experience with complex entities, joint ventures, and large-scale accounting

• Collaborate with a structured, supportive accounting team and leadership
• Build expertise in specialized construction accounting systems (Sage & CMiC)
• High visibility role with meaningful ownership of financials Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
• Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned entities, including GL and journal entries
• Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and reconciliations
• Lead month-end close activities (accruals, payables, adjustments)
• Support audits and prepare audit schedules
• Handle sales tax, union reporting, and compliance-related tasks
• Maintain accurate records within Sage and CMiC systems Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• 3-7+ years of accounting experience (construction industry preferred)
• Strong experience with month-end close, GL, and financial reporting
• Experience with Sage and/or CMiC systems preferred
• Exposure to audits, sales tax, or union reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
