Process Engineer | $120K–$150K + Relocation + Stock Options

Join an innovative biotech manufacturing company focused on sustainable bio-manufacturing in the Aiken/Augusta area! We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering (or related field) and 3–8 years of experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred) or related discipline
• Experience creating and interpreting Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
• Process troubleshooting, optimization, and scale-up experience
• Knowledge of plant operations, material balances, capacity analysis, and process safety
• Experience with capital projects and cross-functional manufacturing support
• Bioprocess, fermentation, or GC analytical experience is a plus

What You'll Do:
Support day-to-day manufacturing operations by improving process efficiency, troubleshooting production issues, leading continuous improvement initiatives, supporting capital projects, maintaining process documentation, and ensuring safety and quality compliance in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $120,000–$140,000 base salary
