What You'll Do

• Float across Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum units
• Deliver high-quality patient care to women and infants during critical periods
• Monitor fetal heart rates using EFM equipment
• Administer medications, treatments, and perform patient assessments
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care plans
• Respond effectively to emergencies and patient needs during night shifts
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications required; AWHONN Advanced EFM experience preferred
• Previous experience in Labor & Delivery or maternal/infant care setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Call and weekend coverage required
