We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic Functional Healthcare Team. As a Business Development Manager, you will possess a natural “Hunter” mentality and be gifted at building relationships with medical providers, developing and executing sales strategies to meet quotas, managing and building a territory, and gaining in-depth product and market knowledge. Position Overview Curis Functional Health is expanding its Personal Injury (PI) division and seeking a driven, relationship‑focused Sales Representative to build and maintain referral partnerships with personal injury attorneys, law firms, and related community partners. This role blends business development, account management, and patient‑advocacy mindset ensuring injured patients receive timely, coordinated care while strengthening Curis’ presence in the PI ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow referral relationships with personal injury attorneys, law firms, case managers, and community partners. Prospect new PI partners through outreach, networking events, office visits, and targeted follow‑up. Serve as the primary liaison between referring attorneys and Curis clinics to ensure smooth communication, documentation, and patient scheduling. Educate partners on Curis’ multidisciplinary services (chiropractic, mental health, nutrition with a focus on functional health) and how our care model supports PI cases. Track and manage leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow‑up and accurate reporting. Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure PI patients receive high‑quality care and that documentation meets legal and insurance standards. Monitor case progress and maintain communication with attorneys regarding treatment plans, updates, and discharge summaries. Represent Curis at legal, medical, and community events to expand brand visibility. Meet monthly referral and revenue targets while maintaining strong partner satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in personal injury, medical sales, chiropractic/rehab, or legal services preferred. Strong understanding of PI case flow, including referrals, documentation, and communication expectations. Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field. Ability to communicate clinical concepts clearly (no clinical license required). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular partner visits. Benefits Competitive base salary $55-65k depending on experience Performance-based monthly commissions
