Position Highlights Patient Population : Ages 18+ Patient Volume : 15+ patients per day Schedule : Full-time with a half-day off every other Friday Location : Atlanta, GA Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive primary care visits, including annual wellness exams, chronic disease management, acute care visits, and preventive screenings Diagnose and treat common medical conditions, coordinate specialist referrals, and prescribe medications as needed Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging Provide patient education on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical records (EMR) Deliver exceptional patient care and build lasting relationships Why Join Us?
