Halff has an opening for a new graduate land surveyor in training, with opportunities to learn and work with licensed Florida PSMs and seek future survey licensure.

What You Will Do:

• Organize research for field surveys.
• Join and assist field crews as needed.
• Reduce field observations.
• Prepare data for drafting.
• Assist the PSM by preparing survey reports.
• Prepare deed sketches.
• Prepare COGO calculations.
• Assist the PSM with the boundary and right of way analysis.

What You Will Need:

• 0-2 years' experience in the field or office directing survey crew for boundary, topographic, site, utility, or construction surveys.
• Previous field experience as a surveyor is a plus.
• FDOT, public works, or land development survey experience is a plus.
• Experience with civil 3D is a plus.
• Experience with Trimble business center is a plus.
• Bachelors in geomatics or equivalent survey-focused degree for licensure required.
• Ability to pass a drug and background screen.
