About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Rx General Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and growth of its Medicaid Pharmacy Administration and Technology portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategy that aligns with federal and state Medicaid policy, CMS regulations, and market needs. This role involves providing executive leadership in pharmacy technology, fostering innovation, and ensuring the organization's financial and strategic business objectives are met. The VP will also be tasked with building and expanding market leadership, modernizing pharmacy technology platforms, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 20 years' progressive leadership experience in healthcare technology, with a focus on Medicaid, pharmacy administration, and related areas. Deep knowledge of Medicaid pharmacy operations, including claims adjudication, NCPDP standards, and pharmacy benefit administration, is essential. The role requires a strong understanding of federal and state Medicaid regulations, experience in digital transformation, and a proven track record of managing large cross-functional organizations. The ideal candidate will have experience in product strategy, financial management, and building executive relationships within the healthcare industry. The position is remote, with some travel, and offers the opportunity to lead a significant Medicaid pharmacy technology portfolio.
