Superior Mechanical Services, Inc. provides mechanical and Plumbing services throughout the Mayland, Virginia and DC Metropolitan area. We take pride in every project we take on and strive to communicate and accomplish the goals each one of our clients sets out to achieve. These services include new construction, renovation and maintenance of HVAC and Plumbing systems for plan-spec, design-build and design-assist commercial and high-rise residential buildings.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Unload material from trucks.
2. Check-in in new receiving material.
3. Record material taken from warehouse shop and assign to correct jobs or trucks.
4. Record material being returned from jobs and arrange returns to vendors.
5. Enter correct material items under purchase order in Databasics software.
6. Scan packing slips to purchase order.
7. Help with the overall maintenance of the warehouse.
8. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Position Requirements:

1. Must be detailed, goal-oriented, self-starting, energetic, and reliable.
2. Must display a pleasant professional demeanor.
3. Knowledge or willingness to learn of HVAC and plumbing parts.
4. Ability to work with other employees, management and technicians.
5. Basic computer literacy of Microsoft Soft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. Ability to use/learn company’s software program Databasics.
7. Must be able to follow OSHA safety rules.
8. Ability to follow company’s Drug and Alcohol Policy (pre-employment and random drug screening participation is required).
