Job Title: ID Grinder
Location: Valencia, CA
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM; overtime as needed)

• Tuesday - Saturday
• Wednesday - Sunday

Pay: $21.00 - $35.00/hr DOE

Position Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented ID Grinder to operate conventional equipment for internal diameter grinding of aerospace landing gear components. This role requires precision, blueprint reading, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate conventional I.D. grinders
• Grind internal diameters to tight tolerances
• Read blueprints, travelers, and work orders
• Measure parts using bore gauges and precision tools
• Adjust speeds, feeds, and tooling as needed
• Perform basic machine maintenance and documentation
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR)
• High school diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of I.D. grinding experience
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
• Experience with precision instruments
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods

Preferred:

• Aerospace MRO experience
• Experience with manual mills or lathes
