Erwin Agency LLC is looking for a driven and knowledgeable Commercial Insurance Agent to join our team in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, and manage a book of commercial insurance clients across various industries
• Assess client business risks and recommend appropriate commercial coverage solutions
• Quote, bind, and service commercial lines policies including GL, property, workers' comp, and more
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
• Collaborate with carriers to negotiate competitive rates and coverage terms
• Process policy renewals, endorsements, and changes in a timely and accurate manner
• Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• Prior experience in commercial lines insurance sales or account management preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and underwriting guidelines
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline and meet sales goals
• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
