Senior Manager, HR Technology (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, HR Technology to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will serve as a strategic and hands‑on leader for HR technology, with a primary focus on Workday configuration, governance, and solution design. You will partner closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to shape scalable processes, improve decision‑making, and ensure HR systems support the organization’s broader people strategy. The position also oversees intake, prioritization, and delivery of complex HR technology initiatives from design through deployment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as a hands‑on expert across Workday modules Lead end-to-end design and configuration post go‑live Define and enforce configuration standards and design principles Act as a trusted advisor to HR, IT, and business leaders Own and evolve demand intake and prioritization frameworks Lead complex Workday initiatives from design through deployment Leverage data to support decision‑making and process improvements Qualifications Workday certifications in HCM, Compensation, Talent, and/or Integrations preferred 5-10 years of hands‑on Workday configuration experience Bachelor's degree in a related field with 15 years of HRIS or HR technology experience, or a master's degree with 12 years of experience Proven project management success and experience designing complex Workday solutions Strong understanding of integrations, security, business processes, and data structures Benefits Remote work flexibility, excluding certain states Opportunity to influence HR technology strategy Engagement in professional development activities Access to cutting‑edge development tools and methods Collaborative work environment with senior leaders Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
