This is a true outpatient primary care opportunity where you can practice comprehensive medicine in a structured, team-based environment designed to support clinical excellence.

The opportunity: You'll step into a Monday–Friday, outpatient-only role focused on long-term patient relationships and continuity of care. You'll practice with: full clinical support staff, structured workflows, a collaborative team-based model, and administrative systems designed to reduce burnout. This is medicine the way it was meant to be practiced — personal, community-centered, and sustainable.

Compensation & benefits: base salary starting at $220,000+ (based on experience). What makes you a great fit: MD or DO board certified or board eligible in family medicine. Active Pennsylvania license and DEA (or ability to obtain).
