Food Service Associate – Boys Town 10:30 AM‑7:00 PM, rotating weekends. What You’ll Be Doing Knowledge of federal sanitation regulations concerning facilities, equipment, and utensils. Operation and maintenance of dish machines, ovens, steamers, slicers, freezers, and refrigeration. Communicate in an articulate, professional manner. Multi‑task while maintaining quality standards. Who We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous work experience in food services preferred. Physical & Safety Requirements Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs. Exposure to walk‑in coolers, freezers, stoves, ovens and steam tables.
