Position

Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Shift

Nights (1900-0730) - Every other weekend

Department Description

The Progressive Care Unit provides direct care or influences the care of acutely ill patients who are moderately stable but at an elevated risk for instability. The unit delivers care through advanced knowledge and experience in an environment equipped for advanced monitoring, assessments, and interventions.

Experience/Education/Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• AHA ACLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• Preferred experience in PCU and basic EKG.
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent is required due to College of American Pathologists (CAP) standards for moderate complexity testing.
