Director of Nursing - Registered Nurse Full-Time | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus | Marion, Virginia Director Of Nursing Position Summary As the DON at Francis Marion Manor, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include: Participate in management team meetings related to census, resident care plans, complaints, and concerns as well as QAPI and facility assessments. Evaluate work performance of all nursing personnel and discipline according to operational policies. Oversees nursing schedules, participates in recruitment, hiring and termination of nursing personnel, and monitors the infection control program. Ensure resident incidents and concerns that rise to a reportable event are reported to the correct entity within the state regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
