FullStack Developer - AVP

FullStack Developer – Data Lake We are looking for a skilled FullStack developer for Data Lake activities. The candidate should have 5‑8 years of IT experience, with expertise in Java, React, Python, and PL/SQL, preferably in Financial Services. The role focuses on enterprise application support and cloud‑based data engineering platforms, with a strong emphasis on data processing frameworks and microservice development. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain microservice applications using Java Spring Boot and supporting REST APIs. Work closely with senior developers, architects, and business leaders to execute the technology roadmap. Lead hands‑on development, architecture, and design, spending 100% of time on coding and engineering tasks. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical technical issues, and communicate status to stakeholders. Plan and execute end‑to‑end system tests prior to release to minimize failures. Prepare user and system documentation as required. Mentor junior staff and provide agile status updates on daily project tasks. Own design decisions, demonstrate quick learning, and apply industry best practices. Qualifications 5‑8 years of relevant IT experience. Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful services. Experience with ReactJS, Python, and PL/SQL. Proficiency in SDLC, planning, and execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred / Emerging Skills Multithreading, data persistence, and performance tuning. Messaging technologies such as Kafka and JMS. Oracle SQL/PL/SQL expertise. Unit testing with JUnit. MyBatis and emerging AI agent modeling. Experience with AWS, Unix shell scripting, Airflow, autosys scheduling. CI/CD tooling including Terraform, Docker, and Harness.
