*About the Sales Role*

This is a *full-cycle roofing sales position* where you’ll meet homeowners in person, assess roofing and exterior conditions, and guide them through their options using a *low-pressure, consultative sales approach*.

You will work with:

* *Company-provided leads*
* *Self-generated leads* (door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking)

You’ll receive *training, structured onboarding, and ongoing coaching*.
No prior roofing or sales experience is required.

*Key Responsibilities*

*In-Home Roofing Sales*

* Conduct *in-home sales appointments* with homeowners
* Perform *roof inspections and storm damage assessments*
* Listen to homeowner needs and concerns
* Present roofing solutions clearly and honestly
* Explain product and service options to help identify the best solution
* Create and deliver accurate estimates and proposals
* Guide homeowners toward confident decisions using a *low-pressure sales process*

*Lead Generation*

* Work *company-provided leads*
* Generate self-sourced leads through:
* Referrals
* Relationship building
* Door-to-door outreach
* Cold-calling and other Prospecting

*Follow-Up & Process*

* Perform consistent sales follow-up
* Maintain accurate notes and documentation in CRM software
* Track activity, appointments, and outcomes
* Meet agreed-upon activity and performance metrics
* Communicate professionally with homeowners, teammates, and partners

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*Minimum Requirements*

* 18 years of age
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Proof of insurance
