Compensation Package Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 (based on experience) Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Provide full-service account management from A-Z for assigned accounts. Focus on servicing larger agencies and managing certificates efficiently. Collaborate with the Senior Account Manager to support their book of business. Handle a variety of accounts, including construction and generalist accounts. Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts (experience with EPIC is a plus but not required). Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role with a strong track record of tenure. Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and supportive environment.
