Job Description If you are someone who enjoys meeting and greeting people and has a warm and friendly personality, you may be a good fit. To be successful you must be a team player, positive, dependable, and respectful even while dealing with challenging customers. Responsibilities Operate the cash register and provide customer service. Maintain store appearance: rotate stock, tidy, and continually keep the store looking its best. Cross‑train in receiving, pricing, and stocking donations (receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds). Hang, inspect, and tag textile and clothing in a production‑style setting. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Production or similar experience preferred. Work Hours & Compensation Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially on evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday 10:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m., and Sunday 11:00 a.m. onward. Pay: $15.00. Benefits Paid Time Off, Pension Plan, Medical & Dental, tuition reimbursement. EOE.
