Seeking a Customer Service Representative for a bank in Blissfield. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.50/hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• The schedule includes rotating start times of 8:00AM, 8:15AM, or 8:30AM. Monday-Thursday shifts end at 5:00PM, while Friday shifts end at 4:30PM, 5:00PM, or 5:30PM. Rotating Saturdays are 8:45AM to 12:00PM. When scheduled for a Saturday, one weekday shift (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) will be shortened to 11:00AM to 3:00PM. Please note that closing duties may extend the end of a shift by an additional 10-15 minutes.

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Issue cashier's checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, products, and services.
• Balance and reconcile cash drawers daily.
• Open, maintain, and close accounts.
• Balance ATMs and coin machines as assigned.
• Perform drive-thru and night deposit functions.
• Follow all bank policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Provide reception support as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Cash handling and basic math skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move throughout the day.
• Ability to lift, bend, twist, and carry items as needed.
