Cardiology - Invasive Physician

• Seeking two Cardiology Hospitalists to provide care for a 350-bed tertiary care and Level 2 trauma center with a state-of-the-art dedicated Heart Hospital. As part of a physician-led group with more than 310 providers and 40 specialties, you will serve patients in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.

• Exciting new program: Expansion with two new Cardiology Hospitalist positions

• 7 days on / 7 days off - with 2 weeks of vacation - work 24 weeks for the year!
  
  
• Thriving team: Join a collaborative team of 10 cardiologists (four non-interventional, four interventional and two electrophysiologists), supported by Advanced Practice Providers
  
  
• Cutting-edge facilities: Work in a state-of-the-art Heart Hospital with on-site diagnostics, catheterization lab and surgical suites

  • Advanced procedures: Watchman, CardioMEMS, ASD/PFO Closure, TAVR
  • Access to Cardiac MRI and CT
  • Involvement in cardiac diagnostic interpretations
    
    
• Established patient base: Serve a robust cardiology service line covering a 12-county referral region with a population of 750,000.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, Board-certified or Board-eligible in Cardiology
• Must obtain Illinois medical and DEA licenses prior to hire
• Board certification required within five years of residency completion
