Co-Manager Position
As a Co-Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that each customer receives an amazing Tillys experience. You will accomplish this by assisting the store manager in managing the daily operations of the store, including selling, hiring and training, scheduling and payroll, visual standards, and so much more! Do you have a proven ability to create a fun, upbeat environment where productivity meets customer focus?
