LPNHighlights Pay: $37.17 per hour Schedule:Part-time30 hours/week 3 weeks of training/orientation, then schedules are created in6-week blocks Shifts are7–10 hoursduring clinic operating hours Typical week:2–3 weekdays + every other weekend Must be willing to worksome major holidays Onsite position This position is a:Temporary/contractrole Openings:1 Location:Springfield, VA 22152 Estimated assignment end date:March 13, 2027(per job record) Responsibilities Administeroral, injectable, IV, and topicalmedications as appropriate within scope. Perform routine patient assessments and monitor overall health status. Monitor and document vital signs and treatment responses. Support care coordination and collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient care. Conduct medication reviews and watch for side effects/drug interactions. Document patient history and care accurately inelectronic medical records (EMR). Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked clinic environment. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Requirements Full, active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license(U.S. state/territory/DC) BLS certification(expiration must beat least 30 days past the start date) 1+ yearrelated healthcare experience Experience inPrimary Care, Urgent Care, or ER (Candidates with experience limited to long-term care settings may struggle in this environment.) Proficiency withEMR systems(Epic preferred) Ability to work the required schedule (weekdays + every other weekend; some holidays) Preferred Experience withphlebotomy,vaccine administration, andpoint-of-care testing Epic EMR experience (or similar) Benefits Available Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
