This is an opportunity to support a major national client in a fast‑paced, high‑volume transactional environment. About The Role Work directly with a high‑profile retail and industrial real estate client, handling a broad range of matters including ground leases, acquisitions, leasing, and development‑related transactions. The position offers hands‑on deal exposure and long‑term client engagement. Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate retail, office, and industrial leases (including ground leases) Lead acquisitions and development projects across national markets Conduct due diligence and oversee title/survey, environmental, and zoning matters Manage client expectations and communications on high‑volume transactions Collaborate with a cross‑functional legal team including zoning, land use, and permitting specialists Who You Are 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience with strong leasing and acquisitions exposure Experience advising institutional landlords or national retail tenants preferred JD from a respected law school; admitted to practice in New York Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills Self‑starter with the ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment Compensation Salary Range: $225,000 – $250,000 (DOE) Benefits Comprehensive package including healthcare, 401(k), wellness, and more Interested?
