Job Duties
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in English and a second language.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Document customer interactions using internal systems.
- Resolve issues or escalate as needed to appropriate departments.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all communication.
- Meet performance metrics related to quality and efficiency.
- Assist with outbound follow-up calls when necessary.
