Job Responsibilities

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create tailored therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations.

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside other OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to provide holistic and inclusive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families in therapeutic practices to encourage progress outside of clinical settings.
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement and support for continued education or additional certifications.

Licenses

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
