If you're looking for a stable career with a company that values teamwork and personal accountability, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAccounts Payable OperationsEnter and process vendor invoices accurately and efficientlySupport invoice processing activities in accordance with company proceduresTrack and manage accounts payable aging to ensure timely paymentsAssist with payment processing and vendor account maintenanceSupport month-end close activities related to accounts payableVendor & Purchase Order ManagementReconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepanciesWork with purchase orders (POs), vendor invoices, and receiving documentationAssist with three-way match processes involving purchase orders, receipts, and invoicesSupport vendor management activities and maintain positive vendor relationsCoordinate with internal teams regarding invoice approvals and payment statusFinancial Accuracy & ReportingPerform account reconciliation and accounts payable reconciliation tasksAssist with GL coding and financial record accuracy as neededMaintain organized documentation and audit-ready recordsSupport additional accounts payable responsibilities and special projects as assignedWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounting support or related financial operationsExperience working with vendor invoices, invoice processing, and payment workflowsFamiliarity with purchase orders, inventory procurement, and PO receiving processesStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and vendor relations skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelPreferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, or other ERP systemsKnowledge of lease accounting principles (ASC 842)Experience with account reconciliation and month-end close supportFamiliarity with ACH payments, check payments, and vendor payment processesUnderstanding of 1099 and W-9 compliance requirementsScheduleFull-time positionOn-site role in Greensboro, NCStandard business hoursAdditional hours may occasionally be required during month-end or special projectsCompensation & BenefitsCompany-paid dental, vision, long-term disability, short-term disability, and life insurance beginning the first of the month after 60 daysMulti-tiered medical insurance plans to choose from (benefits valued at over $10,000 annually)8 paid holidays per yearPTO is available after 90 days, accrued bi-weekly at a rate of 3.08 hours (2 weeks annualized after 1st year).
