The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction in New Haven, CT is open due to growth, and the general contractor is in growth mode to sustain successfully winning projects recently. Job Description Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute construction projects from start to finish. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure milestones are met on schedule and within cost parameters. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth project progress. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules. Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all project sites. Contribute to effective communication among project team members and stakeholders. Support the procurement process by sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships.
