The Director is accountable for establishing scalable infrastructure patterns, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring reliable, cost-effective service delivery. Additionally, the role provides strategic and people leadership across teams, translating business needs into technology solutions and execution roadmaps.Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 8 years in Information Technology or 12 years equivalent experience. 4–6 years in Infrastructure & Operations leadership. Experience in infrastructure engineering, automation, and operations management. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. Strong understanding of business priorities and technology strategy. Experience in resource, vendor, and delivery management. Ability to simplify and standardize complex processes. Preferred Job Qualifications: Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field. Experience with cloud, compute, network, EUC, or distributed systems. Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code. ITIL or similar framework experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.
