Travel Physical Therapist

Provide local travel physical therapy services in Hollister, CA for a 13-week contract. Deliver evidence-based treatment plans, collaborate with healthcare staff, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to restore function and relieve pain.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists to ensure quality care.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program – Required
• Current California PT License – Required
• BLS Certification – Required

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
