Open Arms Solutions is hiring experienced Live-In Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and DSPs to provide compassionate, dependable senior home care in Homer Glen, Lemont, and surrounding areas . What You'll Do Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning Prepare meals and assist with hydration Provide companionship and safety supervision Provide medication reminders Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to the client Observe and report changes in the client's condition Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Live-In Caregiver Requirements 18+ years old withatleast 1 year of professional caregiving experience Experience in home care, senior care, private duty, CNA, HHA, DSP, assisted living, or a similar setting Previous live-in or extended-shift caregiving experience preferred Comfortable providing care and companionship in a client's home Dependable, responsible, and comfortable working independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to complete required background screenings Live-In Schedule Live-in assignments Extended caregiving coverage based on client needs Weekday and weekend opportunities may be available Ongoing assignments may be available depending on client needs, location, and caregiver availability Pay & Benefits Competitive biweekly pay Paid training Flexible caregiving opportunities PTO and health benefits (eligibility requirements apply) Employee referral bonus program Why Join Open Arms Solutions?
