Director, Commercial Operations - Field Inventory - Image Guided Therapy Devices (Plymouth, MN) Responsible for managing all processes and tools supporting field-based trunk stock and customer consignment, developing and managing field inventory functions to support revenue, NPI process flows across multiple businesses, and serving as liaison with Quality, Legal and Regulatory on field-based asset strategies and issues. Responsibilities Lead collaboration with business stakeholders (Field Sales, Marketing, Order Management, Legal, Compliance) to drive improved performance of sales and bring forward innovative solutions to support business growth. Coordinate and project manage cross‑function and division efforts to develop field inventory strategies for existing and future products. Manage field inventory approval processes to ensure compliance with audit requirements and drive increased revenue and margin. Support ongoing reporting and metrics to help sales leaders achieve desired KPIs in field inventory, assisting sales management to understand processes, work through bottlenecks and inconsistencies to drive compliance and revenue opportunities. Manage a variety of projects for IGT‑D Commercial Operations and commercial initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Master’s Degree preferred. 8+ years of experience, preferably in healthcare, in commercial sales operations, managing leaders and project management experience. Strong skills in influencing and collaborating with senior‑level management, communicating complex information, managing teams, developing talent, and balancing business pressures with compliance requirements. Must meet minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements. Cultivate innovation, act as a role model with customer focus, quality, integrity, teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement. Benefits Pay range: $145,000 to $290,000. Compensation may include an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives.
