Job Description:

· Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud).

· Strong expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, AMPscript, SQL, and Contact Builder.

· Experience with Data 360 data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and unified customer profiles.

· Knowledge of integrating Salesforce platforms with CRM systems and external data sources using APIs.

· Experience in customer data activation, personalized marketing campaigns, and audience segmentation.

· Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred: Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud or Data 360.
