$1,000 Sign-on Bonus After Successfully Completing 90 Days Summary: Messerli Kramer, a trusted Twin Cities law firm since 1965, is looking a full-time, in-person, POSTING CLERK to join our Accounting team in Plymouth, MN. Under general supervision and in accordance with established procedures, the POSTING CLERK is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing and posting payments into company systems on a daily basis. Key responsibilities include identifying, coding, and sorting incoming mail; scanning and posting payments; maintaining and updating the daily mail tracking spreadsheet; pulling payment stubs for check send-backs; and balancing bank deposits to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
