• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent experience.
• One to two years' related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Regularly required to talk and hear.
• Required to stand, walk, climb, sit, balance, stoop, kneel and/or crouch.
• Frequently required to use fingers, hands, and arms to handle and reach.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Required to wear personal protective equipment in designated areas. Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Assemble products according to blueprints, diagrams, or verbal instructions provided.
- Utilize hand and power tools to fasten, fit, and connect components.
- Inspect parts and components for accuracy and quality throughout the assembly process.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor the assembly line for potential issues and report them to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on assembly line equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production goals.
- Assist in other areas of production as needed.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical documents, such as blueprints.

- Day Shift opportunities available Second shift employees receive a $1.50/hr premium (where applicable)
- 4-on 4-off schedule; off half of the weekends during the year

- Double time paid for work on Sundays (regardless of whether 40 hrs. have been reached in the work week)
