Lead Business Analyst LCNC / Workflow Automation (n8n)

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in Low-Code / No-Code (LCNC) workflow automation, preferably n8n, to support enterprise-wide automation and AI-driven transformation initiatives within the Banking domain. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business and technology, drive requirement discovery, and enable scalable automation solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, hands-on automation exposure, and a passion for leveraging AI tools to improve delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

• Engage stakeholders to understand current processes, identify pain points, and uncover automation opportunities
• Conduct workshops (discovery, requirement gathering, design thinking) with business and IT teams
• Translate business needs into: Functional requirements, User stories, Process flows, Acceptance criteria
• Act as the SPOC for requirement clarification throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, automation outcomes, and regulatory requirements

2. LCNC / Workflow Automation

• Design, analyze, and document workflows using LCNC platforms (preferably n8n)
• Work with tools like Power Automate, Zapier, Make.com, Appian (nice to have)
• Define end-to-end workflow orchestration, including: System integrations, Exception handling, Retry mechanisms, Human-in-the-loop processes
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and platform teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Support UAT, production rollout, and post-deployment optimization

3. AI & Productivity Enablement

• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) to: Accelerate documentation and requirement gathering, Improve analysis and solution design, Enhance team productivity
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into workflows for: Decision-making, Classification and routing, Data enrichment

4. Documentation & Governance

• Develop and maintain high-quality artifacts: Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), User stories & acceptance criteria, Process flows and solution diagrams, Value realization and benefit analysis documents
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and banking regulations
• Support audits and compliance reviews as needed

Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience

• 810+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong background in Banking / Financial Services
• Hands-on experience with LCNC workflow automation tools, especially n8n
• Experience in large-scale automation or digital transformation programs
• Strong understanding of system integrations and API-driven architectures

Technical & Functional Skills

• Expertise in: Requirement elicitation techniques, Process modeling (BPMN preferred), Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Architecture)
• Exposure to AI-driven automation / intelligent workflows (highly desirable)

• Experience with enterprise workflow orchestration platforms
• Exposure to AI-enabled business process automation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, enterprise environments
