General Labor Helper – HVAC & Climate Control SupportNo Experience Required | Learn a Skilled Trade

Looking to get into the trades? This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside HVAC and equipment technicians supporting commercial, industrial, and construction projects. We're looking for reliable, hardworking people with a strong attitude and willingness to learn.

• Learn HVAC, mechanical, and construction-related skills
• Work alongside experienced technicians every day
• Clear path into Technician and skilled trade careers
• Stable Monday–Friday schedule with overtime available
• Strong team environment with opportunities for growth

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving HVAC and climate control equipment
• Support deliveries, installations, and equipment setup at customer sites
• Help technicians with basic mechanical tasks and troubleshooting
• Use hand tools and assist with equipment preparation
• Follow work orders and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and moving equipment
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Ability to work overtime when needed

• Construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in working with tools and equipment
• Automotive, maintenance, or repair experience

• Clean, organized facility and local customer job sites
• Monday–Friday, typically 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Overtime available during busy periods
• Limited weekend work
• Frequent lifting, moving, and hands-on work

This role is an excellent entry point into the skilled trades. Many employees start as Helpers and advance into Technician, Mechanic, and Leadership positions.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
