Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to a primarily medical patient population on an 18-bed unit
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:5–6, delivering safe and effective care throughout each shift
• Perform and maintain IV therapy and PICC line management
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 18 months of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Experience with IV insertion and PICC line care
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity Medical/Surgical environment
• Familiarity with managing higher patient ratios in a fast-paced acute care setting
