Documentation: Maintain organized and detailed records of client information, ensuring confidentiality and security. Qualifications: Certifications: IRS PTIN and Maryland registered tax preparer Experience: Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of tax codes and regulations. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with tax preparation software and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure error-free tax filings. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
