Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join at Ontario, OR. The ideal candidate will have strong perioperative nursing experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment while collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Circulate in a variety of surgical specialties.

Maintain a sterile environment and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.

Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment.

Monitor patients during surgery and accurately document all care provided.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia staff, scrub technicians, and PACU teams.

Respond to emergency surgical situations as needed.

Participate in the facility's required on-call rotation.

Minimum Requirements:

Active Oregon RN License (Required)

Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience

Previous Main OR/Circulator experience required

Current BLS Certification

Current ACLS Certification

Ability to work independently in a high-acuity surgical setting
