Customer Experience (CX) Lead

Boston, MAHybridContract$40/hr - $45/hrJob Description A global energy technology company is hiring a Customer Experience (CX) Lead to help improve customer engagement, retention, and the overall customer journey. In this role, you’ll lead customer experience projects from planning through execution while working with teams across marketing, product, customer service, and field leadership. You’ll use customer research, feedback, and data to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and reduce friction across different customer touchpoints. This position will also play an important role in coordinating stakeholders, tracking project performance, and helping the organization continuously improve its customer-focused initiatives.
