Dignity Health Northridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life through targeted daily activity rehabilitation. You will assess diverse patient groups, develop and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with a broad care team to deliver evidence-based care. You will document evaluations and progress, educate patients and families, and ensure safety through proper precautions and care partner engagement. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dignity Health
