SD Fusion LLC is looking for a driven and energetic Assistant General Manager to join our Sonic Drive-In team in La Vista, NE! This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role at one of America's most iconic fast-food brands, where you'll help lead a fun, fast-paced team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. If you're passionate about people, operations, and making things run smoothly, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
- Lead, coach, and motivate crew members and shift supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet budgetary goals
- Handle scheduling, staffing, and labor management to optimize team performance
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive guest experience at all times
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Step in as acting General Manager in the GM's absence
- 1-2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, preferably in quick service or fast food
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations best practices
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills in a high-volume environment
- Basic understanding of P&L, labor costs, and inventory management
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
