Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to create a safe and nurturing environment. Good communication skills are essential. Duties include engaging in age-appropriate activities, preparing meals/snacks, and maintaining a clean and tidy play area. The nanny should be friendly, patient, and able to handle any situations that may arise. A genuine love for children is a must. CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
