Construction Project AdministratorThe Construction Project Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative aspects of construction projects, including contract oversight, permit acquisition, and document control. Essentially acts as the organizational backbone or bridge between the project manager and construction site by coordinating paperwork communication, and administrative tasks to facilitate smooth construction progress. Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesCoordinates Construction Plans and Drawings.Help set up bid projects through ProCorePrepare job-site manuals for the project manager and superintendentPrepare, Distribute and Track Subcontracts and exhibitsPrepare/Distribute purchase orders and vendor agreements to vendors as provided by Project Manager for their projectObtain current license/insurance documentation for each subcontractor per projectProcure, distribute/maintain jobsite postings such as Federal, State, OSHA, Davis Bacon, permits and licensesAssist in compiling, distributing, and organizing submittals to all PartiesCompile, Organize, and Distribute Project Closeout Documentation
