Requirements Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide courteous assistance.
  

• Identify the reason for each call and record relevant details accurately.
  

• Respond to routine questions using approved information.
  

• Document customer interactions and service requests.
  

• Direct inquiries to the appropriate contact when further assistance is needed.
  

• Follow established instructions for handling customer concerns.
  

Qualifications

• Strong spoken English and professional telephone manner.
