Figma is seeking an Immigration Program Manager to lead and scale our global mobility efforts. You will serve as primary contact for visa-sponsored Figmates, manage case portfolios across US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and partner with counsel, People, Finance and Legal to drive compliance and process improvements. You will design resources and training, monitor regulatory changes, handle relocations, and support M&A initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr Figma
