Mental Health Crisis Worker

Lutheran Social Services is seeking a Mental Health Crisis Worker to provide rapid, compassionate response to individuals experiencing mental health emergencies. In this role, you will conduct risk and safety assessments, de-escalate crises, and develop short-term safety and stabilization plans in homes, community, and clinic settings. You will coordinate care with behavioral health providers, hospitals, law enforcement, and community resources while maintaining thorough documentation. As part of a mission-driven, faith-based team, you will practice trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and help clients access ongoing support and recovery services.
